The courts at PKL will cost $30 per hour (or $15 for half an hour).
Note that certain courts may be blocked off to accommodate our weekly programming including FREE Open Play, Recreational League Play and Corporate Events. Please follow our social media @pklsocialhouston for further updates.
Court reservations open seven (7) days prior to booking date (e.g., you can next Monday starting this Monday). No reservations are required to come in and enjoy a cocktail, play some ping pong, or sit on one of our awesome outdoor patio(s).
In the event you need to reschedule your booking, please call the main line (832-838-4190) at least 24 hours before scheduled booking time. 100% refunds may be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds will NOT be made for no-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled booking time.
When you’re booking a court with us at PKL, you’re booking an experience. Each booking comes with the use of two (2) JOOLA pickleballs. Upon completion of your reservations, please return balls to our Pro Shop so they can be used by others.
JOOLA Seneca 14mm and 16mm paddles will be available for a $5 rental fee if you don’t have your own.
Our four (4) pickleball courts are available for reservation in 30-minute or 1-hour increments. To ensure everyone gets a fair chance to play, back-to-back reservations are not allowed.
During off-peak times and/or if no other group is waiting, guests will be allowed to extend if your court is still available at the conclusion of your initial reservation. Please visit the Pro Shop to confirm your reservation and court assignment prior to starting an extended reservation.
For larger groups and parties of 12 or more, we have the exclusive option to rent two (2) courts for 1.5 hours each.
Can’t find a time slot or don’t have a court? No worries! Enjoy FREE Open Play Monday – Thursday from 11 AM – 2 PM, and all-day on Saturday & Sunday (Center Court only with the purchase of a beverage).
No, we do not have a membership program. PKL Social is designed to be inclusive and accessible to everyone. Our courts can be booked on a first-come, first-served basis up to seven (7) days in advance. Plus, reservations aren’t needed for our patio spaces, which are open for walk-ins. Cherry Limeade anyone?
Yes! We will have an awesome lineup of USA-Pickleball approved JOOLA paddles available for rent. Additionally, you may also purchase a JOOLA paddle from our pro-shop.
Sign-up will be through the “Open Play and Events” portal on our website. Walk-ins are also welcome. To start, Open Play will be FREE on Monday through Thursday from 11-2pm. Please be respectful of everyone as Open Play skill levels may vary.
Recreational league play for the Spring Season will be coordinated through Honcho Pickle and commence on April 23rd. Registration deadline is April 14th.

PKL is a bar-service establishment that will go the extra mile to provide our guests with the best and most convenient experience possible.
All of our bartenders and hosts will come out from behind the bar to wait on guests at tables as time permits. This type of service allows our guests to conveniently order from any employee whether they are walking the patio or come up directly to the bar to order. Additionally, every table will be equipped with QR codes whereby guests will be able to order and pay directly from your table or seat. Our hosts will run your food and drinks directly to you.
PKL is a strictly 21-and-up concept every day.
For those looking for a more family-friendly establishment, y’all are welcome to eat, drink and enjoy our patio vibes at our adjacent sister concept, FM Kitchen & Bar.
Just like our sister concept FM Kitchen & Bar, PKL welcomes all of your furry friends in our outdoor areas.
At this time, only service dogs will be allowed inside.
PKL House Rules
- Pickleball courts are for customers only
- Courts must be reserved online and in advance
- Please sign the waiver on our website in advance of your court reservation [insert waiver link]. This will only need to be completed once per calendar year
- Courts are available in 30-min or 1-hour increments. No back-to-back reservations. For larger groups and parties of 12 or more, we offer an exclusive reservation including two (2) courts for 1.5 hours
- All players must check in with a PKL Host upon arrival. Even if players have their own equipment, check-in is required before entering the courts
- JOOLA rental paddles are available at additional cost of $5 per paddle. Any equipment returned broken or missing will be added to the customer’s tab to cover replacement cost
- Proper footwear must be worn at all times (i.e., athletic shoes). No boots, sandals or bare feet allowed
- No food or pets allowed on court at any time
